Postage Info & Returns
Custom Made Delivery Times
The wait time for custom made orders is generally up to two weeks before being shipped and then your specified shipping time selected at checkout added on to this.
If you are ordering a item that states there is a specified delivery wait time then please allow the time specified in the listing.
While I some times have items ready made and available instantly, items where you can select customisation such as sizing etc or from The Staple Collection will generally require a wait time so I can custom make the item for you.
Listings that state if there is the option to select customisation will have a longer wait time as all items with customisation will be made after your order has been placed and paid for.
Items without the option of customisation that have already been made with sizing detailed in the listing are available for instant purchase and delivery and cannot be changed.
Returns
For a full refund or exchange the item must be returned to us within two weeks after you have received your purchase and must be in it's original state, condition and packaging. The item must be unworn and unused. The item must be in it's original saleable condition.
We cannot refund or exchange earrings or studs for hygiene reasons.
We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post when being posted back to us. It is the customers responsibility to insure their parcel has been sent with tracking and insurance for us to be able to be sure to receive the item and offer a refund or exchange. Items not received by us or having been returned not in their original condition will not be refunded.
Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
We cannot offer a refund for damages done to an item once in the customers care however we do offer a repair service where possible and based on the extent and type of damage done.
Postage
All items are sent tracked by Royal Mail. You will receive your tracking information via email when your item/s have been posted. You can track your package either through your email link or via the Royal Mail website.
Marcia Waldstadt cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Marcia Waldstadt is not responsible for any taxes due to be paid by the customer for items being delivered from the UK to your selected country.
